HotelLos Angeles International Airport, commonly known as LAX, is one of the most important hubs connecting the US to the rest of the world. The airport is on the top ten list of the busiest airports worldwide and provides more than 180 direct connections to airports around the world. LAX is also a hub for major American operators such as Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. The airport is located about 30 kilometers southwest of downtown Los Angeles.
At Los Angeles International Airport you find more than 150 gates that are divided into nine passenger terminals. To see the location of each terminal, take a look at the map on the top of the page. Each terminal has between 8 and 20 gates, and are numbered from 1 to 8 (with the exception of Terminal B). If you are looking for regional flights, this part is located on the southeast side of the airport.
