Palm Springs International Airport Terminal and Gates Map

Palm Springs Airport consists of a single terminal, making it easy for travelers to find their way around. The building is divided into three main areas:

  • Main Building: this is the landside area of the airport. As you get in from the main entrance, you will find ticket counters and security checkpoints on your right and baggage claims and car rental agencies on your left. Once you pass security, you will enter an open-air courtyard with access to two concourses. This place has a few amenities, including a variety of restaurants and a pet relief area.
  • Sonny Bono Concourse: Here, you will find gates 4 - 11 as well as a few amenities and services, such as a water refilling station, an ATM, and a few shops.
  • Agua Caliente Concourse: Literally, ‘hot water concourse,’ this area of the airport features gates 12 - 20. Similarly to the Sonny Bono Concourse, here you will find an ATM, a water refilling station, shops, and a few eateries.

Hotels at Palm Springs International Airport

Unfortunately, there are no cabins or sleeping pods inside the airport and no accommodation in its vicinity. Those wanting to spend the night here should rely on a taxi or look for accommodations with a complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Services at Palm Springs International Airport

Despite being a relatively small airport, PSP has plenty of services for its passengers. Here, you’ll find a playground for kids, free wifi, and nursing rooms. The airport also has a variety of restaurants, vending machines, and even a coffee cart.

Traveling To and From Palm Springs International Airport

If you are about to travel to PSP, here are a few transportation options to consider:

  • Car Hire: If you prefer to rent a car for your trip to California, you can do so from one of the many agencies available on-site.

Those arriving at the airport in their own car can park in the main parking lot, which is divided into four sections. The first seven minutes are free.
