Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the primary airport serving Palm Beach County and the surrounding suburbs of Florida, in the United States. It is the third-busiest airport in the Miami metropolitan region.
The airport has been ranked among the top three domestic airports in the United States for its accessibility, restaurants, shopping and overall design.
The airport consists of a main terminal building with three concourses, A, B, and C.
The ground floor is the location of baggage claim and ground transportation pick-ups and drop-offs.
On the second level, are the security clearance checks and many shops and restaurants. Once cleared security, passengers enter one of the three concourses where their boarding gates are located.
Concourse A: Hosts flights for Bahamas Air. Gates A (A1-A4).
Concourse B: Hosts flights for Allegiant, American, Avelo, Southwest, Spirit, United Airlines. Gates B (B1-B14).
Concourse C: Hosts flights for Air Canada, Breeze Airways, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Spirit. Gates C (C1-C16).

There are many choices for travelers looking for something to eat or a place to shop. Before clearing security, there is a coffee shop, restaurant, and licensed pub in the main terminal area. There are also shops featuring news and press, souvenirs, and specialty apparel and merchandise.
There are several more shops in Concourse B. These include a café, Mexican foods, baked goods, and high-quality sit-down restaurants. There is also a newsstand and specialty apparel retailer.
In Concourse C, there are several more dining options including a café, fresh foods market, casual dining and family-friendly restaurants. There is also another newsstand and specialty retailer.
Public Transport: Palm Beach County’s public bus transportation offers regular services from the airport. The bus stop is located on the outer curb, in front of the terminal, outside of the baggage claim area.
Rail: Tri-Rail provides rail services between West Palm Beach and the Miami area. The rail station is accessible by Metro Taxi via discounted fare.
Train: Amtrak provides rail services throughout the United States. The nearest station is accessible from the airport via shuttle bus.
Taxi: On-demand services are available at the Ground Transportation desk, next to the baggage claim area, past carousel number 6.
Rideshare: The designated pickup for rideshare apps is on the outer curb of the third-floor Departures level. Signage is posted leading to the designated pickup area.
Rental cars: Car rental services are located on the ground floor level, near baggage claim.
Parking: Several parking options are available. These include premium terminal access, short-term and long-term stays, and economy lots with shuttle bus service.
