Pulkovo Airport (LED) is an international airport serving St. Petersburg, the second-largest city in Russia. The airport serves as a hub for Rossiya Airlines and a focus city for Smartavia and is the 29th busiest airport in Europe.

It is located 23km south of the city centre and one of the largest airports in Russia and Eastern Europe.

The airport consists of a single terminal. A dock is in front of the main building, where security is located.

The terminal has two piers located on either side. These feature the majority of the airport’s gates. Most of the airport’s lounges, restaurants and shops can be found in the central area of the terminal, after clearing through security checkpoints.

Dining, shopping, lounges and hotel at Pulkovo Airport

There are many dining options for travelers at the airport. These include cafes, takeaway, American cuisine, bars, wine cellars, pubs and high-quality sit-down restaurants.

The airport offers shoppers a wide variety of selections to choose from. These include souvenirs and gifts, electronics, cosmetics and perfumes, pharmacy, flowers, apparel, accessories and children’s toys.

Additionally, there are business and VIP lounges located at the airport for the benefit of travelers looking for added convenience and comforts.

A capsule hotel is located in the waiting room of the second floor, in the main terminal building. Here, travelers can rest with the benefit of noise insulated rooms.

Find transportation from the airport: Bus, taxi, rental cars, parking

Bus: Public transport is available between the airport and St. Petersburg. Tickets can be purchased at the main exit of the terminal building.

Taxi: The airport recommends using Yandex Taxi, a local ridesharing service. It strongly recommends against hiring private taxi drivers that offer their services outside of the terminal and its exits.

Car rentals: Car rental companies can be found at the airport, located on the 2^nd floor of the main terminal.

Parking: Several parking lots are close to the airport. These include short-term and long-term parking stays. Walking distance is approximately 1-10 minutes from these parking lots. There is free parking available, located a 5-minute drive from the airport.
