HotelWelcoming over 6 million passengers in 2023, Rhodes International Airport (RHO) is one of the busiest airports in Greece. Also known as Diagoras International Airport, RHO is used by about 50 airlines offering direct flights to roughly 80 destinations, mostly in Europe.
Rhodes International Airport consists of a single terminal divided into two buildings connected by a corridor. As with most airports, the gates are located on the first floor, along with several shops, passport controls, and customs. The arrivals halls are located on the ground floor, while you will find the departures on both levels.
There are neither hotels nor sleeping pods inside the airport. However, there are plenty of nearby accommodations that can be reached with a quick 10-15 minute walk.
The airport is home to several eateries, including renowned fast-food chains and coffee houses, such as Burger King and Starbucks. RHO also has a duty-free store and other shops that sell all sorts of goods.
