Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) is the main international airport serving Madrid, the capital of Spain. The airport is the primary hub and maintenance base for Iberia and Air Europa. Iberia is responsible for more than 40% of the airport’s traffic. It is Europe’s second-largest airport by physical size and it’s fifth busiest in terms of travelers.
The airport has five passenger terminals: Terminal T1, Terminal T2, Terminal T3, Terminal T4 and Terminal T4S.
Terminal T1 consists of Gates A, Gates B, Gates C.
Terminal T2 consists of Gates D.
Terminal T3 consists of Gates E.
These three terminals are adjacent to each other and home to SkyTeam and Star Alliance airlines.
Terminal T4 consists of Gates H, Gates J, Gates K.
Terminal T4 is home to Iberia, its franchise Air Nostrum and all Oneworld partner airlines.
Terminal T4S is a satellite terminal and consists of Gates R, Gates S, and Gates U.

Public transit (EMT) runs a regular bus service can be used to transfer between terminals.

Terminal T4 and Terminal T4S are connected by an Airport People Mover. This is the only mode of transportation between the two terminals.

Taxi: All terminals have clearly marked taxi ranks outside the arrivals area. Official taxis are white with a red stripe and have the Madrid City Council coat-of-arms on their doors.
Car rentals: Car hire services are available for travelers at Terminal 1 and Terminal 4.

The airport is attached to Ramón y Cajal University Hospital which can be accessed for medical and surgical emergencies. In addition, the airport has medical rooms and personnel from the Airport Medical Service to cover transit passengers who require medical attention.
