Welcoming over 7.8 million passengers in 2023, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) is one of the main hubs in France. This airport is located about 6.7 km northwest of Toulouse and is used by over 20 airlines, offering flights to roughly 60 destinations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
This airport consists of a single terminal building divided into four halls (A-D). Each hall has its own check-in desks and gates. Every airline tends to operate most of its flights from the same hall. For instance, Ryanair flights often depart from Hall B, Easyjet uses Hall C, while Air France tends to operate its flights from Hall D.
Hotel NH Toulouse is the closest to the airport and can be reached with a quick walk. Apart from this accommodation, you will find other hotels in the area roughly one km away from the terminal. Some of these include Mercure Toulouse Aéroport Blagnac, Radisson Blu Hotel, Toulouse Airport, and Hotel Aerel.
You will find several eateries and cafès both in the airside and landside area, including famous options, such as Starbucks and Pret a Manger.
There are plenty of transportation options available both to and from Toulouse city center.
Shuttle: A shuttle bus connects the airport to Toulouse Matabiau station. Shuttles depart from the terminal roughly every 15 minutes.
Tram: The tram is probably one of the most convenient ways to travel to and from Toulouse. A trip lasts about 30 minutes and costs a few euros.
Car rentals: If you prefer to drive, you can also opt for one of the many rental agencies available at the airport.
