Charleston International Airport (CHS) is a joint civil-military airport serving the state of South Carolina in the United States. It is South Carolina’s busiest airport and serves as a focus city for Breeze Airways.
The airport is located 12mi (19km) northwest of downtown Charleston.
The airport contains one terminal and two concourses. They are named Concourse A and Concourse B and share a single security checkpoint area. Arrivals and Departures are both located on the main floor.
Concourse A: Located on the east side of the terminal building. It is primarily used by Delta Air Lines and Delta Connection. Hosts Gates A (A1-A5).
Concourse B: Located on the west side of the terminal building. It is also used for international arrivals. Hosts Gates B (B1-B10).

There are many options for travelers to dine at while at the airport. These include cafes, fast food and takeaway, bakeries and desserts, and several sit-down restaurants including bars and grilles.
Shops at the airport include newsstands, bookstores, memorabilia and collectibles, technology and gadgets, fashion accessories and packaged foods to take with you on your flight.
There is a lounge at the airport, The Club CHS, where guests can enjoy premium services. Access is available for outbound travelers with preferences for members of partner programs. Open access is available for an additional fee for those not a part of member programs.
Bus: Charleston Area Regional Authority provides services to Downtown Charleston and the Tanger Outlet Center. Pick-up is located just outside of baggage claim.
Taxi: Taxi services are available from the ground transportation booth. Pick-up spots are located in the center median, outside of the baggage claim area.
Rideshare: The designated pick-up spot for ridesharing service is located outside of baggage claim, and across both roadways, and to the right-hand side.
Car rentals: Several car rental companies have counters at the airport’s Rental Car Pavilion. The Rental Car Pavilion can be found located at the end of the terminal, past the baggage claim area.
Parking: There are many parking services available at the airport, including an hourly garage, daily garage, and two economy lots. Additional services include valet services and a cell phone waiting area, for friends and family waiting to pick up passengers.
