Located about six miles northwest of Albany, Albany International Airport (ALB) is one of the busiest airports in New York, even though it welcomes only a fraction of the passengers handled by the main hub in the state, JFK Airport. ALB is used by seven airlines: American Airlines, JetBlue, Allegiant, Delta, United, Southwest, and Avelo. These offer direct connections to about 25 destinations in the USA.
