Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI) is an international airport serving the area of Warsaw, Poland. It is primarily used by low-cost carriers. The airport is located in the town of Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki, approximately 40km (25mi) north of central Warsaw.
The airport features a new, one-story passenger terminal. It is a rectangular-shaped building containing ten airside gates along the north side of the building.
There is one main entrance to the building, facing the south side. This is where the pick-up and drop-off locations are located for ground transportation.

There are some shops and dining spots located past the security checkpoint, in the main terminal building at the airport. These include casual dining, takeaway, packaged foods and snacks, and several cafes.
There is also a newsstand that offers magazines, newspapers, press, snacks and some light travel essentials. A duty free retail outlet offers a wide selection of perfumes, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, electronics, sweets and children’s toys.
For travelers seeking an airport lounge, the Mazovia Premium Lounge is located airside, and features comfortable seating arrangements, premium food and drink selections, and more.
Train: The nearest railway station is in Modlin, located 4km away from the airport. From the Modlin station, local and long-distance trains depart to Warsaw up to 60 times daily. There are many connections that can be made from the Warsaw station.
Bus: There is a frequent shuttle bus that runs from the airport to the railway station in Modlin.
Coach: Two coach operators, ModlinBus and OKbus, provide services from the airport to Warsaw and other major cities in Poland, several times a day.
Car rentals: Car rental services are available at the airport from major national carriers. Their service counters are located within the main terminal building.
Parking: The airport offers 3 parking lots for travelers. Parking 1 is located directly adjacent to the terminal building. It is the most convenient, but also the most expensive option. Car park 3 is located further from the main terminal building. Parking 7 is located an even further distance from the airport. It can be beneficial for longer-term and more economical stays. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between Parking lot 7 and the airport terminal building.
