Hamad International Airport (DOH) is an international airport in Qatar, and the home base of the national flag carrier airline, Qatar Airways. It is located east of the nation’s capital of Doha, is Qatar’s national airport, and one of the busiest airports in the Middle East.
The airport has one terminal. It is named Terminal 1. It is also referred to as the Main Terminal.
The Arrivals Hall is located conveniently inside the security clearing area shown in the map at the top of this page.
Terminal 1 (Main Terminal): Contains three concourses. These are described below:
Concourse A: Located to the west of the main check-in area. It has 10 passenger gates connected to jet bridges. Two of these are designed to accommodate Airbus A380.
Concourse B: Located to the east of the main check-in area. It has 10 passenger gates connected to jet bridges. Two of these are designed to accommodate Airbus A380.
Concourse C: Located directly ahead of the main check-in area. It has 24 passenger gates connected to jet bridges. Two of these are designed to accommodate Airbus A380.

There are several dining options available at the airport. These include cafes, takeaway, shops and gourmet restaurants. The airport also offers several shops for travelers including those featuring electronics, accessories, fashion apparel, jewellery and Duty Free options.
The airport has two hotels. The first is the Oryx Airport Hotel which is located centrally within the airport, inside of security. The second is Oryx Garden Hotel which is located at the end of Concourse C.
In addition, there are several lounges where travelers can relax, including a spa, fitness centre, play area for children, quiet rooms, and shower.
Car rentals: Travelers can choose from a range of car rental brands. The car rental counters are located across from the arrivals hall of Terminal 1. This area is known as the VCN (Vertical Circulation Node).
Limousines: Chauffeur-driven limousines are available including sedans and vans. These can be pre-booked or secured on-site using the kiosk located in the Arrivals Hall. For pre-bookings, the limousine pick-up area is located using Gate 2 or 3 outside of the Arrivals Hall.
Taxis: Arriving passengers can find taxis located at the Taxi Pavillion to the left end of the Arrivals Hall, next to the pick-up and drop-off areas as shown on our map. Only taxis operating from this pavilion are authorized.
Bus: Doha’s bus network connects the airport to various destinations in the city. All buses are operated by Qatar’s state transport company and include storage area for baggage stowing. All buses depart from the Bus Pavilion which is shown in our map and located to the right of the arrivals hall.
Metro: The airport has a station on the Red Line of Doha Metro. This connects it directly with Downtown Doha, and to several major cultural, tourist, and business destinations.
Parking: Short-term parking is available on both sides of Terminal 1 outside of the pick-up and drop-off areas. There are also long-term, premium, and valet parking options available.
