Located about 5 km southeast of downtown Reno, Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the second busiest hub in Nevada, after Harry Reid International Airport. It offers twenty non-stop destinations, mostly in the USA, with the exception of Guadalajara International Airport in Mexico. RNO is now used by eleven airlines. These offer both seasonal and year-round flights. In 2023, the airport welcomed over 4.5 million passengers, re-establishing itself as a main hub in Nevada.
RNO consists of a single terminal building divided into two floors:
Unfortunately, there are no sleeping pods or cabins at the airport. However, passengers wanting to spend the night here can book a room in one of the many accommodations located within two miles of the airport.
RNO has plenty of services for its passengers. Here, travelers will find ATMs, a pet relief area in the High Mountain Marketplace area, an Escape Lounge, Mamava lactation pods, and massage chairs. The upper floor is also home to a variety of eateries, including McDonald's and Subway. Several stores selling all sorts of goods, such as fashion accessories, makeup products, and snacks, can also be found on the upper floor. Gaming machines are available in both concourses, and the airport offers free Wi-Fi.
If you are about to travel to or from Asheville Airport, here are a few options:
If you're heading to RNO with your own car, you can park in one of the parking lots available on the airport grounds. You can check Reno Tahoe's official website for more information on locations and fares.
